Our cows we sold in the mid-80's when many small dairy farmers could not afford to keep up with the pasterizing laws. This was our last herd. A few hundred acres of our cow pasture were sold to the state, and it is now a Ct State Park. The walking trails are the paths that our cows created about 100 years ago.
