Zucchini Hummus
Instructions
Use organic when possible
1 beautiful Zucchini from Kim
1/2 cup sunflower seeds washed
3 tblsp tahini
Juice of a lemon from Kims garden
1 tsp redmonds real salt
1 tsp cumin
2 tblsp organic extra virgin olive oil
Blend all together on low setting , go high and back to low till creamy.
Chill in frig and dip Liphe Balance Dehydrated Eggplant/Zucchini slices or
our Special Onion Flax Thin Crackers for a healthy low fat nutritious treat!
