Saudi Arabia - Baharat Recipe

1/3 cup ground black pepper
1/4 cup corriander seeds, toasted and ground
1/4 cup cinnamon 
1/4 cup ground clove
1/3 cup ground cumin 
2 teaspoons cardamom; toasted and ground
1/4 cup ground nutmet 
1/2 cup ground paprika
1/3 cup curry powder 
1/4 cup ground dried limes

Mix all ingredients and store in a tightly sealed jar. Makes about 2 cups.
